    I do.

It was a well-intentioned gift from my mother in law.

She knew somebody in the AA. I think it might have been Foley's secretary. Anyway she somehow got a baseball cap with the Gators winning the 2000 NCAA basketball championship. It would have been the caps that the Gators would have worn if they had beaten Michigan State. They have to make such things ahead of time and the stuff from the losing team often ends up in third world countries.

Anyway she got it and had her friend have Billy D autograph it.

I had to thank her for the effort and I apologize to BD for having to sign it.

I don’t have them anymore, but the plastic cups you’d get cokes in at the football game.

The cups aren’t embarrassing, that I kept them as long as I did…. There’s the issue. :(

I have one from the 80s. Still have lots of old score cards that they would sell after games.

    Maybe I am not clear.

The fact that I even have a bogus 2000 NCAA championship hat is reason enough for great embarrassment. We didn't win it that year.

And then my MIL getting BD to sign it is really embarrassing. God bless my MIL, but she thought it was a good thing to do. And God bless BD for doing it as it must have been a bit painful for him to sign that hat.

Now I do have a picture of Brewer and Noah giving a hug after Brewer's basket in the 2006 Championship game signed by Noah and Brewer. I have no problem with that Gator piece of history.

The hat I can see as a funny novelty item to own, and don't think it's embarrassing at all. I am, however, blushing for you, thinking about anyone presenting such a thing to Billy to sign

I have a bean bag chair signed by almost every member of the 2006 national championship team including Billy D. It’s like WTF is an adult supposed to do with a Gator bean bag chair?

Back in the age when mail order newspapers were the only way to stay in touch with the Gators from afar, the Gator Bait newspaper sold T-shirts to celebrate the monumental whoopin' the football team dished out in Athens. It had the huge, muscle bound Gator stuffing the hedges at Stanford Stadium in the mouth of a small bulldog with bulging eyes. It's worn out to the point I'm forbidden to wear it in public. I love that shirt.
