Gonna' need to get hot from the 3-point line now plus play tough defense and no more mental lapses. It's a tall order against a team like Kentucky, I know.

 

Exactly. Kentucky is really good, but Florida doesn’t give themselves a chance to win. They are too undisciplined and don’t do the little things well.

Looks like we will be in a 5 way tie for 5th at 9-9, just not sure if TAMU/MSU will be the 5th.

 

I am not knocking anybody but I don't think UF has an advantage at any position in the starting 5. They are just bigger, quicker, faster and stronger, we have no matchup advantage at any position.

 

Just a decent shooting night from 3 and less points left at the ft line and this is a very different game.

Well sure, but that would require being a better team. We are not a "decent" 3 point shooting team (281st in the country before today).

Get it to 8, play some stupid matchup zone that gives Oscar the ability to duck in and get to his easy right handed layup. Every time the Gators made a run, they fell apart defensively.

 

CC has fought hard against the best player in College basketball and has a nice stat line going himself

 

Yeah, but I don't think it matters. They can get a bucket anytime they want with Wheeler and OT.
