    Games tonight:

SMU vs. Cincinnati: SMU right with us on the bubble and this would be their second loss in a row. Need Cincy to win.
San Diego State vs. Fresno State: SDSU is in a much better position than us, but a home loss would certainly help us out. Need FSU to win.
Memphis @ South Florida: Memphis has worked their way back into the tournament, but a loss to USF (240 NET) would send them back out I'd assume. Need USF to win.
Michigan @ Iowa: This would likely cement Michigan getting a bid somehow with their barely above .500 record. Need Iowa to win.
Oregon @ Washington: It would be awesome if Washington (sub-100 NET) could knock off Oregon tonight. Need a UW win.

    Bracketology question:

    Who has the better resume?
    Team A is 1-7 in Quad 1, 4-0 in Quad 2, 12-0 in Quad 3 and 5-1 in Quad 4
    Team B is 2-8 in Quad 1, 4-2 in Quad 2, 6-0 in Quad 3 and 7-1 in Quad 4

Iowa is much better than Michigan and is one of the few Big Ten teams that is under-rated.

This is not a complete data set/resume set, but I'd give the lean to Team B. Played more quad1 games and won more of 'em. Played more quad2 games. Team A played a whole bunch of quad3s.

I wanted to disagree, but kenpom has Iowa (14) ranked ahead of MI (29) and Iowa is one game better in the conference. I think that after MI crushed MI st, they are a likely tourney team. They need one or two more wins.

Cincy giving SMU all they can handle.

Arkansas deserves a 2-seed if they beat Tennessee on Saturday. The ending of their conference schedule was ridiculous. lol

If SMU is a tourney team then we are. They suck.

Refs send SMU to the line 38 times and they win.

Home cooking for sure, but I saw them get just about every loose ball and offensive board.

That's how you get to the NCAA tournament. We should do that more often.

We will be if we beat UK and win one in the SEC tourney. Otherwise, two wins is a must in SEC Tourney or we're headed to the NIT.

You can bash SMU all you want ( I could care less about them), but they won their game. They did what they needed to do.

But by Lunardi Team A is safely in and Team B is well out.

And Team B played in a much tougher conference.

You are falling into the fallacy of the Big Ten being strong. They are not. I am giving away all of my knowledge about how to pick your brackets.

If you take the underdog (it will be their opponent) in practically every Big 10 NCAA tourney game, you will win more than you lose.

I kinda thought that would be the point of your post. Team B looks obviously stronger, but team A is getting some undeserved love.

Ha! Ima hafta go ahead and disagree about the strength of the Big 10. I see Purdue and Illinois as FF contenders. MI, MI st, Iowa, WI all strong teams. Penn St is now playing tough and Rutgers challenges everyone they play. They might not have the champ, but they've got the contenders and depth.

If I had to pick an SEC team to win it all it would be the hogs. The only worry would be peaking too soon. I believe they started conference play 0-3.

A peek at teams peaking has piqued my interest.

Lunardi this morning has us #2 in next 4 out. Vandy didn’t even get us into first 4 out territory. On the off chance we beat Kentucky I’m thinking we’ll still be first four out heading into the SEC tournament.
