That is just embarrassing, we cant shoot and Kiki just throws passes away over and over right now trying to force it inside. Lack of 3 pt shooting has just killed us today. I dont like how the game has been called either, very physical on both ends has mucked up the game just like Vandy wanted it. They have 6 fouls in almost 3 quarters and they slap and grab more then any team in the league. That just does not compute to me
heck we should have a lot more then 9 fouls ourselves, both teams have played like it is rugby out there,
I’m glad Kelly Rae got the job but looks like we made no changes from vs Vandy a week or 2 ago…. If kiki plays bad we play bad and she has a a string of bad games
truly embarrassing basketball, I did not want us to name a coach until after the season, we have not made any adjustments to what has been going on with the team. I just dont feel comfortable that this team can even win a game in the NCAAs, people see if they get physical with our guards and pack it in we cant shoot and Kiki cant get out and run. Then we become a very bad offensive team and our 2 tops bigs are slugs and give us nothing. Merritt has been up and down all year. Hopefully we can make some type of positive run here. But this has been the same situation the last 3 games against teams of lesser talent
I was hoping there would be some adjustments made and there looks like 0 has happened. I was hoping she would blow a gasket at some point with the Vandy guards slapping and grabbing all over our girls or #35 inside just mugging people and does not get a foul call. But it is too late for that now. Have to figure something out quick or we just have 5 more quarters left in the season
Gators are still in this down 5 and a chance to cut it to 3. Problem is Smith just went down with what looks to be a serious injury possibly to the right knee.
