Is post game pressers are great ! Humble , gives the opponent praise , just good stuff. Give me Coach White all day!

 

A fun game to watch...if you have enough medication.

Definitely a "win and move on" kind of game. Vandy shot incredibly well. Overall the team played the game the way they needed to win a closely contested (and obviously battling adversity) ballgame. I give them great props. And yes, it was an away game against an SEC opponent.

I just don't see enough pieces to make any inroads in the NCAA tourney. It is a battling team that likes to find themselves losing good sized leads. Not enough depth in the front court. We have to have our outside shots to win games.

Good game. It still feels like we are going to just play this season out with the same stuck-in-the-mud feel with the program.

 

I agree..never agreed with some here that said he had "lost the locker room"

LOL, You and I are old to remember the Tennis balls!

 

I even remember which ref called the T: John Clougherty
And Sloane selected Dwayne S to shoot the two technical free throws to send the game into OT. Gutsy, but fitting move. Of course he made them both.

And if Vandy had won that game they would have been SEC regular season champions.

 

Remember it also. I remember the crowd booing.

 

I always hated it when John Cloughery was reffing our games back then..felt he called a lot of fouls on us....he didn't have a choice but to T up vandy that night

 

I didn't like Clougherty for home games (except for the Stacey Poole game winner against Vandy) but loved him for away games. For the most part he wasn't influenced by the home crowd.

 

Rumors of Lane being out the door don't jibe with the moves he was putting on, in the locker room and on the court.

 

It's the new "typing as I listen" for me

 

And folks want to fire that guy. It will be good for the team, right?
