After they made their last 3 pointer at the 3:50 mark, they only scored 2 points the rest of the game. Gators outscored them 14-2 in that final 3:50.
Gatkek was huge in this game, really made the most of his minutes and contributed some clutch baskets. Fleming with the 3 point dagger at the end.
He has a pretty high basketball IQ. Makes some great passes for a center who hasn't played basketball long.
I say that because it could mean we miss the dance. I think if he gets to 20 wins beating Auburn, UK, tOSU and ending the FSU curse.. while getting back to the tourney yet again, he will be safe. Its been a really weird two years for reasons not just related to scoreboards

Congrats Gator Program! Probably the best we have ended a game with a 8 or 9 point run with 31 seconds left. Jones made some key shots, App does his thing, Phlan is coming on and taking the team with him. Castleton has turned into a smart fighter and gets his role with distributing the ball and scoring inside. Felder’s game has gone dormant, doesn’t know his role but we need him to contribute also. Gatkek getting the put back late helped big time. Don’t want to leave out Lane who scored a couple runners and played a lot of defense. Rooster is all over the place but gives us a big body for rebounds and an occasional three. McKissic I wouldn’t want him guarding me and he makes things happen. The SEC is a physical league and we have been slapped, mugged, run over and have had a lot of injuries. This year is probably CMW’s best coaching job yet. He was getting with the officials tonight which all coaches have to be in their heads. I am on the road, but caught the game. It looked bad for the Gators most of the second half but we found a way! Go Gators, let’s take the fight to Kentucky and leave in on the floor. 19-11 with our schedule, I don’t know how they can say we aren’t in!
Love to see a year with no big injuries. Not many teams would have came back and won. They just don't quit
