I’ve read reporting of him being a germaphobe and that Covid did a number on him because he essentially hasn’t been NEAR anyone in the past two years. Holding meetings this way (as pictured) is not going to yield a scenario where someone listens to subordinates’ opinions in a rational manner. He truly is flying solo and if he fears Covid to such an extreme degree imagine how he truly feels about the threat of “the West.”
