So you would seriously bet that UF has more success over the next 5 years than those teams? You’d be one of the very few
Gator fans are an easy target because well .. we are Gator fans . We are different than SEC schools . Nobody likes us ! U do understand that
maybe. but I can think of better ways to insult a fan base than to say it’s program and coach are clean.
He plays a character. Super nice guy, in my opinion. I think he likes FLORIDA, personally, but, perhaps tries to over-compensate sometimes (The Pat Dooley factor). Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
I remember well the outcry from the non-GA fans when UGA fired Richt, because Richt was a stand-up, humble guy who did pretty well at UGA. And no one likes to see a nice guy get canned. But UGA fans knew that while Richt was good, UGA could be better. And now UGA fanbase and admin has been vindicated. I pull like crazy for CMW, and want him to succeed so much. I really like and respect the guy. But if AD SS called me for my opinion (LOL), I would tell him to pull the trigger and replace him. I just think we can do better.
UGA also cranked up the $ and resources to help the football program. I think we can find a better HC, but I hope we invest in the program to make it more appealing.
Don't let this corndog get under our skin. He'd like nothing more than to see the Gators lose and LSU win.
Not quite Southern, Not quite Yankee, Not quite Cuban, Not quite Canadian, Not quite Jewish ........... indeed we are a bit different!
Mark Emmert was previously LSU’s chancellor. He was an excellent hire for the NCAA if they wanted a sleazy person to run a sleazy organization
I believe that UF has the largest Jewish student population of any college in the world. I don’t know about the other categories.
I was fortunate to make Jewish friends at UF and have continued in that vein the rest of my life. I have a professional relationship with an Orthodox Jewish Engineer in Chicago and when I was living and working there used to go to Synagogue with him and actually saw some very prominent Jewish political leaders. I loved the experience. Considering where I originated from, I have always been proud of that connection, which has and continues to be enriching to me.
