In other words 21st century fascism is the goal: private ownership of companies, but government calls all the shots. That is what fascism really is. China has an office in every company for a government official. It may not be like that, but that is the idea. If a company is "bad" (as defined by the elites), their social credit score goes down. If a company is "good" (as defined by the elites) their social credit score goes up. Corresponding rewards and punishments to be determined by the government. To accomplish global transformational change like that, though, you usually need some kind of huge crisis like COVID-19 or Climate Change to finally declare that capitalism is broken. A war could be another kind of crisis that could be used to usher that kind of system in. And Klaus Schwab wrote a book about how we should use COVID-19 to accomplish the vision of the Great Reset. But people are tired of COVID. People are skeptical of Climate Change. They need a crisis that is big, and they need one that people will believe in. They are looking for a big enough crisis, so they can claim, "Ha, see capitalism is broken." When they have that they can sell 21st century fascism as "stakeholder capitalism."
The good news is everyone & their mother has a phone. Go on TikTok & other platforms & you'll see videos people are streaming live. There's cameras everywhere- streets, homes, etc. Heck point as many satellites in that direction as possible. Russian forces can try to plant false flags but unless they EMP the entire region they're not going to be able to get away with as much as they think they can.
Best excuse I've yet heard for invading a sovereign nation. Sure, i, too, I've looked at it from Putin's point of view, but I just can't get to proximity as an excuse to invade a peaceful nation posing no threat. Putin will regret this invasion. China invading Taiwan is next, and again we'll be powerless to do anything about it.
That really makes no sense. First off, the quote says the US shared Russian troop locations with China, who gave the Intel to Russia. Doesn’t say anything about sharing planned actions, and why would the US? “We want you to pressure Putin out of attacking, but when you fail to do so, here’s our real plan to deal with it ..”?

So your assertion is that through several meetings only photos were exchanged & they didn't talk? They didn't say "This is what's going on & this is how we want you to cooperate" or "we're planning to sanction them and anyone that helps them", etc? No words were spoken? If you think just pictures were exchanged you're kidding yourself. But whatever *shrug*

Given the article it appears to me that the US was more than informed of the actions China would / would not take. From a diplomatic position it should have been realized early on that this is a no win situation. I'll also note China is not happy with US interventions with regards to Russia and their own objectives. There is no mention of any these talks being shared with our allies much less how any of our allies may have responded to such information. I'm definitely getting the impression that Russia and China have an understanding that the US would have to go it alone if any interventions are to follow. This really brings into question as to how weak our allies are. Of course the Afghanistan withdrawal did not help matters concerning any future support from our allies.

I'll agree it is paranoia. Looking at what Russia lost after the collapse what would you expect. It has always been the intention of the democratic world to covert totalitarian governments with the US leading the way. Why would the democratic world promote such change? If you are to believe it is because of humanitarian purposes on that count I have to disagree.
The nation was arming themselves and being aided by other nations. That is enough in any ones mind. Put weapons nearer and aimed at Moscow I'd have an issue with it as well.
