Lol, misuse the data? Anyone keeping things from the public has an ulterior motive. It’s garbage. Unfortunately the cdc has earned the skepticism. They’ve played politics with covid and a good portion of the public doesn’t trust them and it’s the cdc’s own fault.

And I’m confident the mask brigade will be along to defend the cdc on this issue somehow. Whatever the data is they should release it. End of discussion.

701 Athlete Cardiac Arrests, Serious Issues, 442 Dead, After COVID Shot - Real Science
This list is growing daily. For the most part these are young athletes going down and passing away. It's pretty eye opening. Vaers has a reporting of almost 25,000 deaths reported. Many doctors are changing their tune.

There are so many coming forward sharing studies Any Severe Covid Patient Can Produce More Virus Than All The Children in America Combined

Not mainstream, but is they are backing their articles with facts, which is something the mainstream rarely does.

LOL scared it would be misused.

Provide the data. Let it speak. Shoot…even Israel has scaled back how it’s data gets out for the common person. England has been the best. Finally giving us November and December numbers.

The cdc has done so much damage to public health it might be better to scrap it and start from scratch at this point.

Please understand that Vaers has been conclusively shown to be a poor data source. Here's a NIH article pre-Covid that states athletes suffer cardiac events at 2/100k. Sudden Cardiac Death in Athletes Note that "Real Science" fails to mention this. Wonder why? Also media fact check:
    "Real Science (Goodsciencing.com)
QUESTIONABLE SOURCE A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information,…"

This is like the dozenth time someone posted either a link to or their own misuse of vaers. It's beyond ridiculous at this point.

Don't be so anti-liberal that all you seek is alternative info. There is no "not mainstream" science (or facts) that can be passed off as "alternative facts." The sources you cite prey on people seeking to have their biases confirmed and they rely on consumers who don't know difference between Chi square and Chi gago. This is a damn shame because it leads to an ill-informed public.

Lol. Anyone disagreeing with releasing the data is so biased that they shouldn’t be taken seriously. Politics shouldn’t get in the way of science, and make no mistake, the CDC is playing politics here.

    While correct on biased sources.

The public is ill-informed because the data will not be released to review.

I am not sure which data you mean, but my comment above was in reference to VAERS data. These data are publicly available--but the problem with such data for any usage is that they're not systematically collected. This means that these data cannot be trusted at face value as being valid without actually investigating specific cases to determine the validity of each case. Moreover, the protocol for collection of such data is to serve as an early warning system of potential issues with vaccines, which can then lead researchers to investigate specific phenomenon that might signal a problem--see for instance the few dozen cases and several dealths from myocarditis associated w/the J&J vaccine.

H/T to @mutz87: Here is the data that the CDC just released again, which contains the likelihood of getting Covid and dying from Covid. They have ways to interact this by age and vaccine product.

Your absolute definitive statements are tiresome and lack context. Did you notice in Scotland they were considering reducing the release of data because so many took their raw data and presented it in the wrong context as disinformation?

You are among those prone to take data and skew to your own preferred point of view, so perhaps you are part of the problem.

Just stop it. Anyone withholding data is hiding something. You are embarrassing yourself. Science isn’t about hiding data. Let it out there and people can make of it what they want. Sorry you think it’s ok to hide data.
