Was good to see him in the crowd today against Auburn. I've been following his progression in OKC and Tre has been outstanding. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is already an elite guard with respect to shot creation ability. As soon as he becomes more consistent, he'll be a big name. Dude is not only breaking ankles, but he's dunking on people making posters. Highlight reel every night.

OKC fan forums are delusional thinking that he is going to be their 6th man for years to come. He will be better than SGA soon, IMO. He is more skilled and way more athletic. Would have been nice to see him go to the Hornets, Lakers or Warriors instead of OKC, though.

man, no pun intended, but reading his box scores it seems like he is shooting about 35% from the field, got to improve that

It won't tell the whole story. The skill level used on many of his shots is elite top-tier stuff.

Tre Mann will be the best NBA player from Gainesville, FL (who had also attended the hometown Univ. of Florida) since Vernon Maxwell!

I like Vernon Mad Max, but Bradley Beal is a scoring machine with a ready made NBA body. FYI

Believe RD’s point was player from Gainesville that also played for UF. Beal was from Missouri. Best player from Gainesville (but not UF) likely Embiid.

Embiid is not from Gainesville although he attended the Rock for one school year.

How come we can't sign players like him?

    Oh wait, never mind.

Tre as a freshman was tentative and needed a little more muscle and filling out. In his soph year,
He looked much better and more confident. As he continues to fill out his full grown man body, I do believe he will be getting more accolades. Think playing against Lebron, trying to block his shot or drives or trying to score on him. If Oklahoma ever gets to the playoffs against a very good team in prime time, the country will get to know about Tre’s ability.
