I saw that in play by play stats and wondered why as well

 

55-72 with 2:42 left after that long 3 by the kittens . . .

 

That fired up Kentucky to really jab the dagger in.

 

Game over. Enjoy the rest of your day everyone. Never expected to win this one anyway.

 

Good effort from the guys, but without Appleby or anyone besides CC to throw against Tshiebwe, we never had a shot

 

Guys fought hard. Just ran into a team that was superior in every aspect of the game. I miss the days of having a superior team.

 

I can't say stepped in between when the Kentucky player had turned away.

 

. . . but I still feel like the game was closer than the score looks now.

 

I had hoped the score would be closer

 

Imagine if Toppin had played in this game.

 

Gators got killed on the boards today. Not easy to beat Kentucky anywhere and at their place almost impossible the way they have been playing.

 

Yeah . . . and imagine if Appleby had played and Jones was hot. I think the kids played scrappy.

 

Imagine if Billy were still our coach...

 

Jones was 2/3 on 3s, I'd say he may still be hot, just couldn't get looks

 

Imagine if all our players were at full strength health wise...CC is still hurting ,Appleby is hurt, JJ is out ..perhaps if we were healthier we could give them a better game

 

We just aren’t on this level of talent. Almost impossible to overcome inferior talent over 40 minutes on the road.

 

Jones didn't really take too many shots.

 

We got our ass kicked.
