Maybe Kevin Steele will takeover Aubrin HC job as when Bryan Harsin gets fired.

This cost Ruiz some $$$. Had to pay it though, after striking out on the first page of their list.

Miami: Michigan offensive coordinator Josh Gattis is accepting the Miami offensive coordinator job, a source tells The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman. The 38-year-old Gattis, who helped the Wolverines to the Big Ten title in 2021, won the Broyles Award as the nation’s top assistant coach last season.

That’s got to be expensive to get the guy to go down in job quality unless he can’t stand hair all as much as me.

Gattis probably wasn't too thrilled that Harbaugh was about to abandon ship, so he decided to take a lateral job elsewhere.

That and I heard he wasn’t offered the job so he knows where he stands there.

Man, Miami with some great hires. Unfortunately, they seem to be trending up.

No just great hires, but great recruiters, the DB coach just hired from Georgia is ranked as the #2 recruiter.

Not hard to recruit UGA. Only game in State and lot of highly ranked kids home grown within 2-3 hour radius.

Ruiz is on a spending spree.

Miami: Georgia defensive backs coach Jahmile Addae is expected to become Miami’s secondary coach, a source tells The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman.

Gonna be hard to pull some South Florida recruits away from UM. Hopefully their facilities are far behind what we are finishing up.

I have my doubts that he will recruit the same way in Miami unless Miami is going to have perineal top classes. We w$ll see.

There is enough talent in South Fla and north up to WPB that they don't have to recruit no one else.

Serious question, was addae always a great recruiter, or did he become a great recruiter at uga? I'm sure he will continue to recruit well since Miami appears to have an open checkbook now, but just wondering why addae wasn't a household name til this year?

Mario and staff will recruit well. TBH, this is much worse for fsu than anyone else. With UF putting an emphasis on Instate, Norvel will have a tough go of getting instate guys. Don't be shocked if they have to cast a much wider net.

That's a lot of knowledge of football that walked out of the house. I don't think it makes us better.
