With all the chatter recently, we haven't been talking about Georgia. They gave us one of our early losses. If we win this one, we are serious contenders for a Top 4 SEC seed... and the NCAA seed starts looking better. I think Taliyah Wyche could really have a surprise performance today.
The first game, in Gainesville, was competitive. We're better now than we were then, so I think we have a fighting chance. Still, awfully tough on the road in the SEC.
Another great win. They really have to keep it going, LSU is going to be looking for revenge, Miss. State, Arkansas, and Missouri are tournament teams, and Vanderbilt and Auburn aren't just going to roll over for them.
