What happened to Perkins? They moved him up to 23 prior or ENSD and made him a 5* then he played in 2 National All Star Games. Then they dropped him 10 spots and made him a 4* for this NSD. What is the point of an evaluation in December if you are going to re-evaluate between signing days. When I saw him drop in the rankings I thought we might actually have a shot.
