HUGE WIN!!!

 

Way to go Ladies!!! I could not make the game but my sons are there and said biggest crowd they have seen at UF in awhile

 

This is a seriously gritty good team! Way to finish ladies!

 

What a great win!

 

Did not even think it was our best game, but so impressive how we're suddenly finding ways to win when we've found so many ways to lose this type of game over the past however many years.

 

A great win. Back and forth all game but they just kept fighting to get the win.

 

Whatever switch Kelly flipped when Briggs left is simply amazing. This is the best we have played in a while in these last two games in particular. She is really making a case to take over for good with these last few wins.

 

So proud and happy for them!

 

We shot poorly, we weren’t at our best but we were good enough to take down the 11th ranked team in the country and make it five in a row in Conference.
We won by 1 point. They missed 4 free throws……we missed 3…..

 

Coach got a little emotional in the post game interview when talking about her team and being honored to be their coach. Time to remove that interim tag.

 

She will be a HC next year. Just hope it is with us.
Definitely time to remove the tag!

 

How is she as a recruiter?

 

I watched that. You could see how proud and emotional she was. This has been a hard year for the girls and staff alike I am sure. I think this win made it likely she is named HC. Could help us in recruiting to get that interim removed, especially with the momentum they have right now.

 

That's the big question for me. We just don't know. We have recruited well the last 4-5 years with her as an assistant. This last class is a little less impressive but given the interim tag and all that happened it isn't surprising. If she can recruit though, then she could run with the job.

 

Great win! Anyone see the girl from Kansas St set the D1 record today with 61 points?

 

She was our and is our top recruiter now, but with HC duties we have to have a strong recruiting staff around her.

 

Great win! I certainly don't expect to beat South Carolina, but I think we can be competitive with every team now.
I got to watch right up until Sling TV cut me off with about a minute and a half to go. Infuriating service.
