You’re replying to the wrong person. I wasn’t the one concerned with the offers.

  4. For a TE who we plan on using primarily as a blocker it's fine. I wouldn't get too hung up on stuff like that partly because of the portal, it ain't pretty but you can absolutely push guys out for better or worse.

Depending on how Nape does here, I can see those sweet moves being used the same way as Dancin Dans.

You are ridiculous, but on another point, I don't see the UF or SEC quality in some of these recruits by their highlight videos and am not loving the offers.

An offense is only as good as the sum of its parts. Rodman wasn’t flashy but a very necessary part to many great teams.

Livingston is also a "blocking TE" is he not? Boardingham is more of a playmaker.

We need a Rodman, I’ll buy his jersey whoever he is. Rodman always cracks me up and his hustle is outmatched.

    Maybe my favorite rodman bit

Makes me think that some of the “offers” are more about making contacts with the schools and planning for future recruits. We don’t have anywhere near the space available as we have offers. I would think that many are conditional or plan B’s and even C’s with this class.

I lived in the burbs of Detroit between 87 and 90 when the Pistons went to 3 Finals in a row (winning the last two). Rodman was a rebounding beast. He also wasn’t sporting one tat. That was an amazing team

There's a lot going on. Our new staff needs to learn how to sell UF and each weekend is a learning experience. Napier will have 50 walk ons - will some be paid? We might be witnessing the birth of the new PWO - paid walk ons.

It will be fascinating to see if we add some decent depth and practice players as PWO - either officially paid or not. Napier's plan includes having three full teams practicing at the same time as I recall. I bet we'll see a lot of 3 stars and walk ons getting on the field in the future.

From the buzz, interest, focus and energy we've seen so far, next year and every year after will be a top 5 class. The new facility and new Army is going to make UF the hot ticket.
