That canceled NCAA Tournament banner that FSU has hanging is hilarious! I'm almost embarrassed for them.
I know that I will get shade on this, but some of us Gators need to stop talking about winning the SEC championship in football in 1990. We were not eligible.
And by the bye, FSU plays Miami Saturday at 2p. Guess we have to root for the Noles. But both teams are playing well right now so it should be an interesting game.
After the fact, SEC decided with a hee-haw that they would strip UF of title cause of stuff done in previous years by non-good ole boys. I don't know why we need to stop talking about that - I didn't think we were. It is seemingly a reasonable thing to keep in the forefront as UF has reason to be proud of academic and athletic achievements compared to other SEC schools. That's not shade but I don't think UF has done anything wrong since the 80s but would welcome a rebuttal.
They just have a belief this year, even with the close loss to FSU the other day. Pretty much the opposite of us.
