Has Napier done enough hires to recruit South Fla?

 

$2 million? That will sure get the attention of the academia staff at UM.

 

While I am always focused on recruiters with history in Dade/Broward/Palm Beach counties, I do think Jamar Chaney will be an asset in South Florida. And since Napier is big on building relationships, I have faith that we will get there.

Would that be enough? living in South Fla don't believe that would be enough, specially with Cristobal now at UM.

 

It's a ruthless business but I think there is some truth to this. Miami may have crossed a line that even other coaches find underhanded.

Basically they didn't fire him while looking for his replacement. He was out recruiting for them and they still didn't have enough respect to inform him. You can argue that that's life, but still doesn't make it right. But I don't expect much from that shady school.

Miami Hurricanes sure getting a lot of rejected offers for offering Offensive Coordinators up to $2 million per year. Don’t believe it.

That’s crazy he was just posting videos with DVD. Who could or seen this coming? Good for him for not just going to UGA though.

How do you conduct a walk on search for coaches?

 

In what world would moving your family to Miami be a lateral OC move? Traffic awful, housing very expensive, public schools below average, English is a second language for the majority of population, crime high, ….. Not an ideal destination if you are married and have school age kids.
