— Not sure he doesn’t contribute to the drama. When the Gators struggle, he still strongly defends Mike at all times. Sometimes I wish he would just ignore it. We get it, Mike is his boy. But when someone questions MW, that dude is always there to defend him. I like AKA as he’s a Gator fan. I just think he gets WAY to wrapped up in our coach.
I disagree. I think he’s fair in criticizing White when he deserves it. He’s not as aggressive with the criticism as some of us are but he’s not a sunshine pumper.
Hey guys! Someone alerted me to the thread….and feel I should check-in. All is good! I’m watching, rooting and hoping! I’ve stepped away from the boards bc it has become a forum mostly dedicated to The Great Mike White Debate. And yes, I have absolutely contributed to this conversation over the years… so I am not pointing fingers. Nor am I suggesting it it isn’t topical. But I have tried to be honest in my assessments, and have always enjoyed talking more about the game and it’s players than just it’s coach. And so for now… I’ll stay on the bench! go gators! Yea, but the Rebs still lost. More immediate concern, Missy st looked pretty good in beating Bama. No easy ones this year, maybe Ga. They still suck, but it's a rival.
The only ‘safety ‘ there is going to be is for those that accept this Coach as producing an average record at best.
