Who are we going to beat to get six wins? (for kbmcgill and bullish)

It’s hard to improve sitting on the bench. I really don’t see that changing much. White would have to make a drastic change for that to happen.

I got UF at maybe 4 wins. We have no home court advantage. No one is scared of the O'Dome anymore. Hell, we shoot worse at home TBH. This could be a historically bad SEC season and Mike White needs to be gone.

 

Almost did and if we hit any decent free throw % the win was there for the taking. Kids played really hard, it must be so disappointing to them.

Well, we are in last place now, so this is actually optimistic!

 

If you only recruit with defensive skills in mind, well this is what you get. Basketball is a game of points, you have to recruit volume scorers and bigs that have attitude. We recruit choir boys. Just my take. I don’t know if CMW will ever change his way, good mild manner coach, with very little passion for the game. We could get a high school coach that could go after tough, high scoring players. You need two or three on every recruiting cycle. We have continually struck out on the quality transfers, except CC, who wanted to go back where people had his back. Bring back a Teddy to coach this team and recruit quality basketball players. This isn’t just a player problem, recruiting ,development of players and promotion of your team. This means getting fans on board. What does UF do for the promotion of players and team with interaction with the fans, nothing!
Bruce Pearl went to classrooms, had a street party for fans and the team and recruits high volume scorers with attitude. I know he uses and pushes the envelope in recruiting. We are the “New Vanderbilt” where athletics is intramural. Oh yeah, we play in the SEC! LOL
Would we go after Petino? Why not!
