it does but you realize your memory cells are specific. Someone with NI sees and remembers the entire virus. Someone with just the vaccine only knows of the spike protein. What happens when you have a huge change up in the spike protein?

"long covid" isn't a thing. It's ok. The rest of us know it. It's like the lockdowns, school closures, natural immunity and masks. You are literally the last person to figure it out. Well, someone has to be last and it's you. Congrats. Fear mongers gonna fear monger.

Sure, point out which position is incorrect. Let's go over those. Lockdowns? Nope. School closures? Nope. Masks? Nope. Natural Immunity? Nope. Long covid? Nope. I was wrong on suicides. And also wrong on thinking Bama would beat uga last night. I'll put my track record up against just about any on this board.

Zero intellectual curiosity? You are literally one of the only people left on earth still arguing the vaccine is better than natural immunity. That in itself says all anyone needs to know about you. You won't change your views with the data. Everyone else here sees it. You have your head in the sand as usual. Not surprising to most on here.

The truly amazing thing about this post is this poster also brought to us studies showing that the vaccine is better than natural immunity. Of course, they didn't actually read the studies they were posting, but we shouldn't be surprised that their lack of intellectual curiosity would lead to such outcomes.

No it doesn't. You are lying. Not a shock. Only thing that is superior is being vaccinated WITH Natural Immunity. IF you are going to lie, lie to someone that doesn't know you are lying.

I think you know how much I value your opinion. Which is I don't. Since you know so much, how many more jabs will you and others need before it works?

I follow the data. When it first came out that NI in Manaus, Brazil wasn't helping, I posted it. But further examination showed the estimated number if cases in the first wave was over estimated. I've also posted multiple studies that show vaccine to be more effective, and acknowledged the studies that favor NI. It's possible that both can be true. There may be certain conditions where the variables favor NI. And others where the vaccine performs better. Figuring this out is a more important piece of the puzzle than arguing what's better at this point, in my opinion.

As for long COVID, just because 3.4% of the control group are exhibiting similar symptoms, does not mean the 3.4% of long haul COVID cases are all making things up. There are lots of things that can cause many of the symptoms of long COVID. And again, the National Library of Medicine cited 11 studies all showing the effects that are sound studies. You really going to argue all the thousands studied in these papers all just had psychosomatic symptoms?

Maybe you should try reading some of these studies instead of instantly rejecting anything that doesn't fit your narrative.

Is your plan to simply get sick when the inevitable waning of natural immunity occurs? Fun.

Seriously? You've been arguing that vaccines are superior to NI for months now. So awesome. This is like everyone now saying "I knew all along cloth masks don't work". This is hilarious. Go back and read your posts. You were finding crap 200 person studies to show you were right LOL. This is comedy gold!

Sucks I posted the 2 largest studies(one adult, one children) that both show the ONLY thing "long covid" causes is loss of smell. Good job bud. Way to go! Fear up everyone!

Florida hospitals seeing impact of holidays

“Over the weekend, a total of nearly 127,000 new cases were reported, and the statewide positivity rate was 31.2 percent, the highest recorded during the pandemic.

South Florida hospitals are feeling the effects of the holidays when it comes to COVID-19.

Most of those patients, around 90 percent, are unvaccinated,” said Dr. David De La Zarda with Jackson Health System.

Jackson recently had to open up two additional COVID ICU wings.”

Those hospitalized with omicron in South Florida mostly unvaccinated

Remember when our resident fear monger was saying he didn't believe that children's pediatric hospitalizations were up not because of covid? Shocked, I tell, just shocked to see he was wrong yet again.

San Diego COVID: Pediatric hospitalizations are on the rise, but not from coronavirus

“COVID isn’t the problem. It’s all the other viruses we’re seeing every year like RSV, & we’re beginning to see influenza, but there's no kids admitted in the hospital with covid-pneumonia period."

Jacskson Health has been pretty good with their data, but still wish more underlying data---for vaccine hesitant people that's the best tool. Percentages i don't care for. I think last few days Jackson was posting #in with Covid and for Covid--about half were in with COVID. And then the #unvaccinated. What wasn't clear is if that # was in for COVID unvaccinated--even if it was, it wouldn't be 90%, but it was more than a 50/50 split. And then the protocols would be good to know too--for instance everyone admitted is tested--again to rebut an argument that they are not testing all vaccinated admissions--unlikely at this point.

For instance---we have 150 people in the hospital due to COVID, 300 more that tested positive for something else. Of those 150, 135 are unvaccinated-and also be clear that means they have not received a single dose. And if possible specify Delta v. Omicron breakdown as well.

I just don't understand why that is so hard to release. it's out there at times, but hard to find.

I realize some people will never be convinced and say the numbers are not real, but this would be the single most effective tool. Talking heads, ads, etc. are not going to get it done.

Not sure the govt can allow this to become a real number...talk about losing the narrative. Still can't believe Pfauci already kind of let the cat out of the bag.
