well, with quantity more so than quality. While they have 9 or so transfers, none outside of Verse were accomplished at their prior stop and he was in FBS so we shall see if he can take a step up (though it is the ACC). I know everyone feels differently about the star system but it is the way outside of stats to attempt to rate quality. 247 now has a transfer rating for transfers and fsu has 1 4 star (Verse) and 8 3 star transfers. Several have injury histories and or like 5 catches at the prior school. More potential than anything and only verse has a high probability of making an impact. the gators have two transfers….1 4 star (Waites) while Miller has a transfer rating of a 3 star.
This is exactly why I thought that it was ridiculous how many fans were weighting the Lingard/Shorter/Bowman transfers as if they were 5* HS recruits.
