A win beats hell out of a loss but still plenty to work on.

Double digit win against a meh team...neutral site, so computers will like it a little more at least.

Gators not playing that well. Glad they won but if the Gators play like today, they're not going to win that many games in the SEC. TO's are a huge concern and that has to get better.

17 TOs is a serious concern. IMO that shows a team whose collective minds are not in the game.

Looks like Castleton with 12 and 11 was the mvp.

    I'm seeing a trend here.

Win big and then lose the next game:

85-45 over Troy...then lose the next game against Oklahoma.

85-55 over North FL.....then lose the next game to Maryland.

Both losses above were lost by only a total of 9 points so seems like it's just something in the player's heads.

Otherwise we'd be 10-1 right now - with the lone loss that ridiculous showing against Texas Southern.

An 8-3 record isn't too bad all things considered.

But getting back to my theory - today's game being close should in theory help us going forward.

Our next opponent, Stony Brook, isn't that good so should be a cupcake game. I would hope it's the type of game that provides a nice opportunity to work on the fundamentals and get back to who we started the season off as.

Also...there are a BUNCH of other SEC games today - so hoping some of those will be losses.....:)

I assume they've been shown the replay.

We are a shadow of that team. The effort and intensity to start the season was high level. App, Duruji and CC were solid and grounded us. It seems there is some chemistry confusion going on since the hot start. I do like that Duruji has re-asserted himself. CC is frustrated but still playing hard. App not sure where his head is at.
