Will UF sign any WRs this year? Who is left after yesterday? Who will we go after, high school recruits and transfer portal WRs included?

  2. I'm sure we will... The announcement of the new WR coach (that is supposed to be a monster recruiter) yesterday is no coincidence.

I think we'll sign at least one or two. The question is, who will they be? Another question, is Justin Shorter eligible to play next year?

Shorter will be a red-shirt senior next year, so he is eligible.

At ULL Napier used a lot of 12 and even 02 personal groupings...I know Mullen loaded up on WRs but I'm thinking Nape will load up on blocking and H-back type Tight ends.

Decommit from LSU announcing tomorrow - Florida listed in his top 4, CBN offered him when he was at Rajin Cajuns. Name is Crawford.
The people at LSU were raving about him prior to decommit.

He has one new crystal ball to Nebraska. I don't see Florida on his list of favorites on 24/7.

Looked at his senior highlights... Decent separation. Good runner after catch... slow. Hard pass on this one.

Funny, of course we all know that speed is an important factor in evaluating a receiver. But, from what you saw, he separates (gets open), makes the reception (catches), and then runs well after the catch (i.e., moves the ball down field). So, he gets open, catches, and gets yards after the catch. Seems like that's what counts even more than track-star speed in a receiver. Not making an argument either way on this guy, I just know we've had plenty of speedsters who couldn't do one or more of those three things.
