It's my understanding that with ARs NIL deals it stays with him wherever he goes, as far as how the payout is structured I haven't heard anything.
At least with ARs deal he is selling his merchandise. I am not sure that is the case at Texas and what happened with Hunter to Jackson State today.

I wish fsu's recruiting really stunk today but it's all about the trenches and five OL/five DL is a pretty big haul.
