This is a big second half for Mike White early in the year..

 

I don't think they will lose this game, but the first half performance is concerning.

 

I hope Mike White is destroying them at half. 20 minutes to avoid a horrendous loss that imo basically negates a Quad 1 victory.

 

It’s the coach’s job to prepare the team both physically and mentally. For some reason CMW struggles every year in mentally preparing his team at least 10 times, where they come out and either don’t execute a game plan or just look disinterested in playing as a team. Rinse and repeat.

 

nah... this team doesn’t have that mindset. It wants an incredibly ugly half, but I don’t think it will prove indicative of anything.

 

I still don't see how you blame the coach for terrible shooting, same coach as first 5 games.
Now it's up to him to adjust, pound it inside and change up the D.
We will see if we have fight in us no way we should lose to an 0-7 team

If the second half looks anything like the first half, prepare for the laundering of Texas Southern as the best 0-7 team in the history of basketball.

 

The shot quality has been terrible.

 

We don't really know the team's mindset, because we haven't seen how they face adversity. We're seeing it now. I hope you're right that this is somehow not indicative of anything, but it's hard to discount such a pi$$ poor performance against an awful team at home.

You may be right, but you are also giving MW way more credit than he has earned when it comes to in game changes. I wouldn’t even remotely count on us winning this game.
