Man some of you turn on the team so fast. No one is winning them all. We will play crappy again,we will be ready come March.
They shot poorly because many of the shots were a result of stagnant offense and forced shots. That’s on the coach. Let’s just hope it doesn’t become a trend again.
They're good and we play sub-par. This is a good learning experience for the whole team. We need to develop some depth but it sounded like Fleming had a monster game tonight.
Anyone have problems with the stream from Bally? Got back from dinner with 3 minutes and all I could get was a stuttering broadcast.
Well this is the first game to see what happens when CC and AD get into early foul trouble. We went with Felder and 4 smalls for awhile then CC came in for Felder after 5 minutes. We never got much out of Duruji and CC on the court together in the second half. Just shows CMW still has to develop some depth with the bigs. You could see playing 4 smalls on the court for most of the half tired out the guards and guys were standing around. Again no Jitoboh or no Gatkek and no Reeves or no Kennedy. No telling if they would have contributed but at least we would have had something in the tank at the end.
It was worse than FS1. That should tell you a you need to know. I will never complain about espn again. Lol.
Who cares... Every team, in every sport, that gets a win over UF does the chomp. Comes with the brand.
Seems some dolts have the one loss is doom mentality. Our struggle from 3 cost us a game. Need to keep learning how to win other ways.
Colin really looked out of sorts tonight. Getting his pocket picked often and passing the ball to the bench. Judging by the crowd, most of the Oklahoma women could have beaten him up.
It happens to everyone. We were kinda tight against osu but toughed it out. Tonight was wobbly facing frenetic D, the crowd, tightness showed up in the long range balls. Frustration spilled over a bit to the D. Can't let that happen. You can easily tell these guys are still learning to play with each other. Dribbling too much instead of passing. No clear leader yet to settle everyone down and smooth things out.
First real road test and it was a disappointing result. Can’t comment much because I couldn’t watch the game but looking at the box score it seems White shortened up the rotation quite a bit. Also, from the comments it seems we got a lot of back door layups against us and that is something we had in our last game as well. We can’t rely on man to man all the time. Switching up the defense keeps teams off balance. With veteran players, you would expect a better performance than the hero ball as many said was the result tonight. Oh well, maybe a learning experience and see if they do any better when they play on the road the next time.
