I see that my service provides for two Bally Sports channels, but one is Florida and the other is something else. . . I forget which. But neither is broadcasting the game.
If you just watch TV through regular xfinity cable I think you may be screwed. You have to have the ability to download the Bally Sports App as far as I can tell
I'm going to try the app on one of my roku tvs otherwise I'm screwed. Here in Michigan we get 2 Bally Sports channels, one has the Red Wings game and the other has Nebraska women's basketball.
I did go to the app and once I clicked on the game and hit "continue" . . . it wanted my credit card.
That's weird. When I clicked on the game it asked me my TV provider and I chose Hulu. Something seems off for you
Downloaded app on Firestick. Made me connect provider on a browser. Submitted code and selected my provider Spectrum. Stoked I will actually get to watch this game.

If you have Youtube TV you can see the game if you have the Sports Plus package. If you don't have the package, you can order it and get the 7-day free trial and cancel before Dec 8th.
If you have the Bally app, you should quickly test that you are getting access by connecting to a stream that is currently live. If no access, it took just a couple of minutes to sign up for the DirecTV stream account and login through the Bally app.
