Murphree I would say after last night, Phlan probably is a little better defensive player. His build is not quite as muscular as KJ, but he is strong, let’s him get closer for more steals.His game last night gives your thoughts on him credence. A lot of big games to go in the SEC where almost every team is athletic and physical.
I went to the two SEC tournaments where KJ out shown the whole conference, unbelievable play. Phlan proved he is worthy of a lot of attention. hopefully there will be more great games from him when we get into SEC play. Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, Auburn are all loaded.

Good points. Perhaps he has developed a lot since the transfer to Florida. All Tournament first team.

 

Fleming is an example of the type of player on non-power-5 teams that dish out loses in the tournament to teams like the Gators and MANY others. Please keep in mind that just because they aren't one if the burger boys and you din't know much about them despite the number of publication you may read, they can't play.
