My favorite part is the denial that they have been doing exactly that for decades like it hasn't happened. Mostly, it is just being utilized as a deflection. Put government-sponsored health and nutrition programs into a different frame, and the same folks will be screaming bloody murder about those programs being tyranny.

WOW! That's a big matzo ball right there. I especially appreciated the pieces on Meg Ryan and what to do if your cat bites you. :D

Winner. Go to Taiwan and see how they eat. Fresh meats, fruit, and veggies. GREAT variety and flavors. Very little processed crap and less fast food (i.e. more processed crap).

So they stayed obese despite the other diseases that have a much higher chance of killing them than Covid, but they finally lost weight because of Covid?

seriously? Cardiac events, diabetes…. They were ok with that?

Oh boy, anecdotal evidence on an extremely small scale has really convinced me! America is fat as hell and getting fatter every year. If early death, diabetes, etc. doesn't scare them into health then a virus (that a large amount of people believe isn't very harmful) isn't going to move the meter.

It is called being honest about how to fight diseases…

Unfortunately it gets discounted as being antivax when there is no such call for that.

No one is saying people should be mandated to be healthy. Unlike the mandate the vax crowd. That wants to force people to take a new drug.

Yeah, that’s why people don’t exercise, because the beach was closed for a week. That’s like saying I didn’t do an Iron Man last year because I couldn’t find my goggles

Hey rick, when somebody leads with an absolute like "nobody says/does . . ." that should be a cue to question the truthfulness of the source. BTW - where are you getting these memes?

I'm not an anti vaxxer, so that ruins your little rant.

I don't recall much about the school lunches thing. I just had to look it up. In 2010 I was still a fan of Obama lol. I don't see or recall much back from republicans regarding this?

They used it as a motivation to lose weight. Not rocket science. And who cares why someone loses weight. As long as they do is all that matters. But hey, keep poo-pooing it. Shows the kind of person you are.

They weren't just closed for a week in CA. Great comparison...

I have averaged 750 intensity minutes a week since forever. For you non garmin peeps, that is 750 min of moderate or 375 of intense exercise or a combo of the two. Parks closed for a few days last year didn’t impact that. If people think that is what impacted obesity rates, they are clearly people that don’t work out anyway or understand the mindset.

Out for a bit. 70 degrees here and I got a couple of hours to hit a MTB trail.

Nevermind the flu. The notion that Biden and the left created this coronavirus had me all . . .
