The fact that 800K is the hold up is a constant bother. They’re going back and adding a concession/restroom to the new baseball field for 1M because they missed it in the build. And yet a school with a 150M budget can’t find the spare change to correct something people have been clamoring for for years.

 

Flip the camera?

 

They could find it if they checked under the sofa cushions and the car seat.

 

I assume it means televised games will be shown with the camera facing the student section, which is pretty much always full and energetic. Every high profile CBB team that I can think of does it this way, but for some reason (or I guess 800k reasons) we don’t.

 

All the TV connection cabling is run to that side of the stadium already. They would have to make lots of changes to put the camera on the other side. And there isn't a place to put it either so they would have to build a place for the camera and camera man to stand as well.

 

I probably paid $800k in parking tickets when I was a student. They can use that.

I had this thought when the 800k was brought up in another thread.

If you can get the word out, we could get a big chunk of it. Maybe force their hand a bit.
