Again you are 6 times more likely to catch COVID if you’re unvaxxed. Why can’t you wrap your brain around this? It absolutely helps to slow the spread. Good lord man.

Nope. But anyone believing that the cdc “study” is true is ignorant or stupid. You keep thinking the vaccine is better than natural immunity. It’s you and about 100 other people who actually believe that garbage. Tells me a lot that you are defending it. Thanks

What I Just Told The New York Times About the Complete Failure and Disaster of the COVID-19 Vaccine (townhall.com)

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is the only present scientific way of measuring deaths and injuries from any vaccine -- including the COVID-19 vaccine. It's not my system. It's not based on politics. It has nothing to do with conservative or liberal opinions.

It is a science-based medical reporting system provided by the government and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

It is the only way of keeping track of deaths, crippling injuries and adverse reactions from any vaccine. It has been used for many decades.

No one in the medical community or media has EVER in history ignored or disparaged VAERS before -- until now.

Here are the VAERS numbers: Over 17,000 Americans are reported dead from this vaccine -- mostly from strokes, heart attacks and blood clots. Over 800,000 are reported injured, many of them hospitalized (over 83,000), many with life-threatening illness (over 18,000) and many others permanently disabled (over 26,000).

This information is all publicly available and provided by the CDC. This cannot be called "misleading" by anyone in the media. The very definition of "misleading" would be to either disparage or ignore VAERS and not report on it daily to your readers.

The number of deaths and significant injuries reported to VAERS is now dramatically higher than in the past 30-plus years combined. This has happened in only 10 months.

That's a fact. Facts cannot be "misleading."

Wayne Allyn Root is a rw conspiracy theorist. You shouldn't peddle such nonsense for him.

VAERS data cannot be reported as valid or reliable because as the CDC has long explained, it's a "passive system" i.e. one that allows anyone to report. In other words, there is no effort to systematically collect these data. This also means that most of these cases are not are not actually investigated unless there might be reason to (for instance when there were a few deaths from clotting associated w/J&J vax).

    From the CDC:
    • VAERS is a national vaccine safety surveillance program that helps to detect unusual or unexpected reporting patterns of adverse events for vaccines.
    • VAERS accepts reports from anyone, including patients, family members, healthcare providers and vaccine manufacturers.
    • VAERS is not designed to determine if a vaccine caused or contributed to an adverse event. A report to VAERS does not mean the vaccine caused the event.
    • VAERS is a passive surveillance system, meaning it relies on people sending in reports of their experiences after vaccination.
    • Healthcare providers and vaccine manufacturers are required by law to report certain events after vaccination.
    • If VAERS detects a pattern of adverse events following vaccination, other vaccine safety monitoring systems conduct follow up studies.

No one who with a scintilla of understanding about how to conduct rigorous scientific research would just take VAERS numbers and post them as if they're accurate and reliable.

Again, from the CDC, right on the VAERS page:

Presenting morons with facts is like trying to get Dan Mullen to fire dead weight assistant coaches who can't recruit. Never going to happen.

Grow up. It is sad you are so self serving that you refuse to understand people are going to land in different positions than your own.

No what’s sad is that we all have to share a country with such shamelessly self absorbed people. Truly disgusting. Seriously just spare us your bullshit. Save it for your golfing buddies in your gated community.

There are countless non political sources that explain what vaers really is. Why do you persist in seeking incorrect interpretations? Why is degrading the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine so important to you?

It's providing truth of effectiveness and safety. Also why such a hard push to get those who have natural immunity to try to force them to get vaccinated? Absolutely no reason to get vaccinated

Here's a good article on VAERS. It's good as an early warning detector, but suffers from problems such as allowing anyone to report, and not distinguishing between mild and severe reactions. As the article states, VAERS does not contain nearly enough information to make a scientific analysis.

Anyone who claims that the essentially anecdotal nature of VAERS is statistically or scientifically reliable is deluded or intellectually dishonest.
