I see your point... I think the biggest problem before ilwas that people saw it happening and turned a blind eye to it because no one thought it was there place to say something.. When the people who could hold him accountable were there to watch, he had the good sense not to act up. So people being present only gave temporary relief at best..

Great news.. Cassie was at practice observe. She has actually been an active advocate for the girls and definitely has their best interests in mind.

Watched the scrimmage yesterday, they go after it pretty good and defeated the rec league guys for the first time this season (fwi the guys are good and tall and physical) Kiki sealed it as the buzzer went off almost everyone played, the hustle was sometime better than the execution but the kids were up for a fight. I did not keep any records so no individual reports other than excellent hustle they really enjoyed the win over they guys Optimistic with the new players and some additional staff Talked briefly with Kelly Rae she was cautiously optimistic as am I
Initial thoughts on Alberte?? Her video is impressive and I know the Bluestar Europe people were saying she is legit.
She obviously has talent, I spend as much or more time on defending than offense, I think she has the basics down and is just going to take some time to get the system, clearly fitting in based on the bench interplay, she played in more than one of the 4 OTs that to me shows confidence from the staff Still pushing politely for opportunities to watch practice so far we are shut out (and the few of us are the strongest vocal advocates for the program) prior to covid we were there at leas once a week and sometimes 2 or even 3 session I am not optimistic about getting more than one opportunity every few weeks, makes no sense to me but I am not their coach or DO

Not a good look for her IMO, but then I am not discrete in my disdain for Kinslow and her antics. While I hope the team has huge success (and could talent wise), I don't see how Finley is the coach in 2022. If you make a change, you make a change and don't half ass it. I am afraid the way this whole situation was handled will result in 2 years of wasted program building instead of one.
the players have not backed Kinslow in these situations. One of the reasons why she is not around Gville. We asked her to leave, she was never going to be able to come back. She leaves it out there like it was a possibility. She was a cancer along with Cam being a nut job. I dont think Kelly will be back either, she and the other coaches were around too much not to be implicated in some way shape or form.
Honest question—she doesn’t seem to hide her personality. If she was divisive, why was she recruited? And, in no way being critical, why did she want to come here?
