Now adjust for age and get back to me. Or so you just like to penalize FL for having the oldest population of any large state by percentage? Think we all know the answer. You don’t like the answer so you will now try to move some more goalposts. Have at it sport.

Yeah, that's why I mentioned that Texas has the 3rd youngest population in the US. Because I knew you were going to come back with the Florida age thing. It's funny you didn't mention anything about Texas having higher covid death rates despite having younger age demographics. I wonder why?

But sure, let's adjust for age in Florida. 20.5% of Florida's population is >=65. 16.4% of New York's population is >=65. So Florida has 25% more old people per capita than New York does (25.5/16.4=1.25). Now since Oct 31 2020, 1828 people per million have died of covid in Florida. And 1168 per million died in NY over that same time. So 56.5% more people per capita died of covid in Florida than in New York (1828/1168=1.565), even though Florida only has 25% more old people.

So there's your answer. Florida has done much worse than NY even adjusting for old people.

What you just posted in one of the most asinine posts I’ve seen in a long time. Good effort at making up numbers. Appreciate the ridiculously ignorant effort. Feel like I just rewatched the debate scene in Billy Madison LOL.

I would say that every post becomes more disinformative, but would be wrong. They all tend to be equally idiotic.

It's just basic math, man. The ratio of old people between Florida and NY is 20.5 to 16.4. The ratio of covid deaths is 1827 to 1168. This means the ratio of deaths in Florida compared to NY is much higher than the ratio of old people in Florida compared to NY. Do you not understand this? Please tell me you do.

I posted the age adjusted numbers. Doesn’t come close to matching his numbers. Go cross check them.

What are you talking about Beavis? I know of no one who has paid to get the vaccine but people are forking out $3k per treatment for the monoclonal antibodies.

Anyone with a brain would take the risk of the long term effects of the FDA approved vaccine over the damage of getting seriously ill with coronavirus.

If people want to drive without a seatbelt and go flying through their windshield, that is solely on them. In the case of this pandemic, not being vaccinated and getting ill affects other people. I know the concept of a societal good is beyond the average conservative, but it is what it is.

I was able to verify his numbers in about ten seconds. I haven't found a source for yours.

Do you have a source for the numbers you posted?
