Battlefield 2042 is now in Beta. I played it yesterday and it's awesome!

 

It's been out a few weeks now, how do you like it? Worth picking up?

 

I like it. It still has some bugs that are being worked out, but that's every BF game. The big downer so far, IMO, is that there is no built in squad voice chat on PC. We use Discord. I think it's missing from console versions as well. All in all, I think it's solid and will only get better from here.

Some friends and I went crazy in the hovercraft before it got nerfed and got best squad out of 34 squads 3 times in a row. 132 kills, lol.

 

Appreciate the take on it...I tried to get a feel for it from reddit but like literally every other video game subreddit it's ALL bashing and doom and gloom. I couldn't get an accurate gauge on the game lol.

 

Np! And yeah, that sounds about right with reddit, lol. Battlefield is the only game I play, so I can't really compare it to anything. I think it's fun, especially if you know others that play it.

COD Zombies for me. Has been since it first came out years ago.

 

My favorite game is Cyberpunk. Not because of the quality of graphics but because of the cyberpunk 2077 jacket. And not only this jacket but it has so many amazing outfits to try.

Im still on Battlefield 2042. They've made a ton of improvements since the rough launch. Hit me up if anyone wants to squad up. It was recently free to play on console, I think. It may or may not still be that way. I'm also on Discord.
