What have you been able to see to asses? is my question. I defer because I haven't seen. Harry doesn't fluff most of the time, so he's earned some trust.

I've watched games and tape on our players... both transfers and returnees.

To be clear, I'm not doubting that Harry has the knowledge and access to make accurate observations. While I may have a different opinion than he does, it doesn't mean I'm saying that I am definitely right and that he is wrong. Just sharing my view.

Here’s the thing about JJ. He just needs to play. Give him 15-20 minutes a game and let him work. He’s never been given a chance. I’ve always talked about his physicality as he gives you nothing easy, will foul you, and guys bounce off of him. he is still progressing for sure but more than anything he’s got to play a decent amount of time. Kids get better by playing and playing 2 minutes in one half and one in another is not playing.

I think he will surprise and give us 5 and 5 if given an true opportunity.

He's been given lots of chances to earn minutes.

I think JJ will be a very solid backup.
But he hasn’t been denied opportunity ... he has been injured and/or out of shape.

Let's wait and see with JJ because you can add weight with muscle too. He's a huge man and his body type may never get him much under 270, just like some people can't get weight up to 200.

Sort of yeah, but he’s never really been given extended minutes consistently. He will have to be given extended minutes this year for sure.
