No, I disliked you telling other posters, the ones that are on the site for every ladies basketball game cheering on our team, what to say and how to process the same information you are. Look your opinion of Coach Newbauer has been well documented on this web site. You don't like him and you never did. You have your opinion, as do the other posters on this site. I have seen NO ONE tell you to stop saying what you have been on this subject.
Back to the original topic of the thread for a bit... Given everything that has come out, does everyone think Kelly has a realistic shot at this job? I personally think UF probably needs to wipe the slate clean. Hoping she does great, but I just don't see her being given the job permanently unless she pulls out an insanely good year...and maybe not even then.
A lot is going to depend on how she handles her first press conference if she gets the chance to have one. If the team comes out and says she was a positive balance to Newbauer, and she can make a credible case that she tried to intervene, or went to the UAA, and they have a great season, then maybe. But if next week goes as bad as the last few days, we could easily have a Don Devoe situation where an outsider is brought in at the last minute. Unless I missed it, I haven’t seen a strong show of support for her from the team. Jordyn might have poked the first hole in the dam last night, so we’ll have to see if anyone follows her lead in the next few days.
1) While you were repeatedly telling me to go root for Clemson, turns out I was right about what a crap coach he was. But you told me plenty of times to not speak my mind, in a much more rude fashion than I did. 2) Saying that a girl shouldn’t be believed based on her Instagram is akin to saying a girl was asking to be raped because she sexted a different guy. There’s an assumed disbelief in her story that’s not based on the facts in question, but on non-related behavior you disapprove of.
We can disagree on what Cam did or did not achieve on court and with the roster, but I don't think questioning Kinslow's character is out of line. Too many accounts to say nothing happened, but Kinslow was an obvious cancer to the team as well. Her multiple transfers and her actions on her social media do not take away from what happened to everyone else, but it does go to show she needs to mature to be taken more seriously.

future of the program is bright with the right coach, that is what we are supposed to be discussing here. We have a bunch of young talent in and with the new athletic facility being finished it is causing a stir. Dont care what anyone says, I get to talk to kids in all sports getting recruited and when they hear about going to a pool with a beach feel within a 5 min walk of where you play your games it is a great appeal to them. Plus if Kiki and Briggs go off like people are saying they are about to even more this year it could be a banner year for us.
