So we have Bond and Smith committed atm. Do we want 3 or 4 receivers this cycle? Gotta think they'd still take Stewart even if Gibson commits in October, right?

No way they would pass on Stewart.

That would be the best WR class since '94. There won't likely be another WR class as productive as that group, almost 10,000 reception yards and 99 TDs between five WRs, four of whom had at least one 1000 yard season.

2023 is off to a grand start too. TE is top notch and now two big and fast WRs.

Dan Mullen is going to put the deepest, most talented, and fastest WR corps on the field in college football. UF future QBs have to be drooling with what is going on in TE/WR recruiting.

And with how the OL is playing. Hopefully a few stud OL come out way and can keep our QBs upright and clear some holes for RBs. All the pieces coming together

UF gets 1 CB for another 23 WR:

Bryson Rodgers, Wiregrass Ranch, Wide Receiver (247sports.com)

Rodgers is a 4 star WR on both 247 Sports and Rivals.

His top 10, all have offered:

    Alabama
    Florida
    Florida State
    Georgia
    Iowa State
    Maryland
    Oregon
    Penn State
    Rutgers
    UCF

His film looks good. I tried to find his speed, but couldn't find that reported. It's likely me just being a bad researcher.

He plans to spend time in Gainesville this fall. He attended the Tennessee game.

Brown could really stretch the field. He is a rocket. If we got Evan Stewart, I would be completely unbelieving that we could get someone like Brown the next year. I really like how Rodgers moves in traffic. He gets a ton of yards after catch in high school and obviously doesn't mind blocking, which is huge for us.

Give cred where it’s due: to this point things look a LOT better. I’ll take my crow with some sea salt please.

Looked but can't find anything about his speed.

Came into this thread to talk about Brewster's work with the TE. Yes, they didn't have the greatest game against OU, but I can't recall a negative play against a TE the past two years as far as a dropped pass or a penalty. Guys, am I wrong in that? Don't recall a TE the last two seasons being called for a holding penalty

Now that I mention it, for all the blocking they do, I don’t recall any holding penalties either.
