Willie took a decent team and turned them into garbage. Norbell hasn’t improved the garbage it seems.
I don’t see any racial component. They both just suck at coaching. It’s pretty simple. They getting use to sucking too. When Willie got their, they still had some pride.

Where did Blades sit because I thought he just transferred in. And what am I misunderstanding if Bow and Boat have to sit... I thought the rule change allowed a transfer without penalty?
The FSU coaching staff has been lying to their recruits and/or themselves that their program is back. The program is in a complete free fall. After last night FSU now sits squarely on a multi decade low with no end in sight. Enter at your own risk.
I don't believe they could fire Norvell because of money unless there is language that gives them a way to pay it over time. But I think we are a couple of losing seasons from that. They just cannot make the change. One of Willie's problems was the way he handled pressers. He appeared incompetent. I don't know how bad Norvell will look. I'm just glad Willie got paid. Things turned out pretty well for him. It's almost comical.
Yep and i said that in a previous post this morning: “no doubt there’s a bit a of a racial component to it but i think it’s because they’re stuck with Norvell because of money issues. They gotta accept Norvell probably has this AND next year before they can even discuss moving on from Norvell. It took us what three years to pay off Muschamp and then 3 years to pay off McElwain right?”
Well they both suck. They aren’t being fired for their race, it’s their inability to run a program. If the coach won a natty , he could be purple and from Jupiter and absolutely none but a few knuckleheads would give a rats ass.
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised to see a new "Nole10" user show up on their boards dropping #2's all over their coaches, players, recruiting, etc.,.
Did fsu recruits start jumping ship? It's actually more mind boggling that Mullen is currently being out recruited by a staff who can't beat Jax st. I as much as anyone would love to see fsu at the bottom of the rankings on signing day. I hope that's the case.
I see that you edited your reply. I would still contend that the Noles are not “back” like some on this thread think.
Anyone who thinks they are back is mistaken. Obviously. I'm solely on the recruiting board to talk recruiting. Nothing I wrote above is false, unfortunately.
