You left out the DTs getting push back, the LBs not able to make plays in the whole, the DBs playing off the ball and lets not forget lots of penalties.
FSU on a roll. Last night against an overrated Notre Dame team had to help. Young guys like Douglas and McClain contributing.
fau had 2.6 yards a carry and gave up 6 sacks and 8 qb hurries. DL did their thing and the starters left the game w/a shutout
It seems that there are posters impressed by UF showing, I am very far from being impressed by UF showing, as a matter of fact very dissapointed.
Nobody is impressed by a first game. Winning against FAU and looking good was secondary to the heavy rotation to show backups what they need to work on. Regarding DT being pushed around, we had a true freshman play between 10-25 snaps and someone who joined the team on Monday get similar snaps while playing against an OL as big as ours. This game was for experience, not beauty prizes.
Are you surprised I’m SMH? What does fsu have that UF does not? What does fsu say to recruits that we do not? I wouldn’t show up to a presser until I was out recruiting the new staff up north because I’m too busy recruiting.
That's the way ypc is calculated.....why do people want to work so hard to twist something to fit their narrative?
Agree.....if you watch EJ you can see he still isn't real confident. Poor body language whenever he makes a poor decision or throw and seems to be trying to avoid screwing up rather than making plays. I watched him look at the replay board multiple times, you can see his shoulders sag when he knows he made a mistake. It's not a good sign at this point in his career, tough hurdle to get over.
Completely different than Franks or Trask… they both were very confident they would make the next play. Only one of them made it more than a quarter of the time though…
