LOLWUT. Honestly, if a person is THAT stupid you wonder how they’ve survived daily life at all. You can lament the ignorance, but otherwise have to be numb to this level of stupidity, almost thinking “probably for the best”.
Big oxygen is trying to tell you that you need oxygen to live. I don't buy it. My wife's sister's friend on Facebook told me that she has been living without oxygen for 6 years now and it cured her myalgia. Her doctor tried to force breathing on her, but that is just because he went to med school.
Good lord. I had a battle with a guy in the ER yesterday that we had to put on bi-pap. He was wanting to leave and was being very argumentative. He wouldn't listen to his wife, the doctor or anyone else for that matter. I was as blunt as I could be telling him he would positively die if he left. He laughed and told me I was trying to use "psychology" on him. At that point I figured it was the high CO2 in his system talking. No one could be that stupid. He kept trying to take off his mask and leave so we finally sedated him with Precedex.
I can sort of understand some people’s belief in “natural” cures. Kind of like some who insist on all organic foods, no GMO’s, etc. It’s not always going to work out well for you (esp if intervention would have saved your life). But I don’t think anyone would argue there’s at least a tendency to overmedicate that should be reined in. What is weird as hell are the people rejecting vaccines for COVID, and yet (based on nothing but Facebook) going gimmie gimmie gimmie to things like fish tank cleaners and horse parasite meds. This isn’t “natural”, so what the hell are they thinking?
My wife just got a prescription for this (from an actual human pharmacy) as a preventative. I think it's useless but she is convinced it will help. She follows a former Mayo Clinic pulmonary doc that recommends it to all of his patients. She is vaccinated.
Some doctors still prescribe it at the hospital. It's not considered the first line of treatment but rather an adjunct to things like Remdesivir, Regeneron, dexamethasone and others. We also give zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D as adjuncts in the "can't hurt" category.
Yeah I don't know much about it but assume this isn't something that can hurt her under doctor supervision. She also leads a very healthy lifestyle.
Don't want to see anyone dying or even getting very sick any freaking more. Don't care what party, ideology, whatever. Sad no matter what. But my goodness, it's hard to grasp the arrogance in the defiance. SC GOP Chair who mocked vaccinations dies from covid. Family of TN conservative radio host, Phil Valentine, who mocked vaccinations and whose been on an ECMO machine for at least a few weeks and before that on a ventilator for several weeks, says he is *gravely ill*
My step-sister's boyfriend is very ill right now. He refuses to even get tested because he is afraid "they" will put some sort of tracking device up his nose. Bat shit crazy. Edit: He is extremely overweight and has about the most unhealthy lifestyle one could imagine.
Bat shit crazy (and defiant) that kills. And even if it doesn't, it's ruining a lot of people's health
Why an animal drug for parasites? There is no justification that anything like that can work. You are better downing Adderall than this horse pill. One drug that has gained a lot of traction is a very cheap anti-depressant called fluvoxamine. The reason why it is one of the best drugs to fight Covid is its anti-inflammatory properties. UK authorizes its first Monoclonoal Anti-body treatment for Covid-19. It is a cocktail developed by Regeron and Roche jointly. First monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID-19 approved for use in the UK
Valentine was mentioned on here a few times, so some of you might be familiar with his mocking vaxx and sewing distrust. Sad no matter what. RIP. But regrets over this unforced error are no doubt going to make it harder for fam/friends/fans to take.
Said it earlier, not going to take delight in someone dying. Not going to lose a moment of sleep either. I will stop there.
Looking back at some old stories and found this information. It would appear from this that Novavax has always known that their only US market would be in the booster business, and their data (or at least the summary of it in this story) is pretty impressive. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/05/nov...a-emergency-use-submission-delayed-to-q4.html
