We have a 25% or less chance with Neto. How do Mullen and Travesty sleep at night?

You think that every OL in TX wants to move to FL? Other than Nick we have little connection to Neto.

Does Neto do 7 on 7 with Nick? I don't think it is quite the same level as Nick with Stewart. To be noticed a WR needs a great QB. An OL just needs to do his job. In the end I don't think anybody pulls anybody to a school, they decide for themselves what is the best situation. What probably would make a greater difference for Stewart is if we were jammed with talent at other positions and looked like we were loading for a national championship run.

he was buried on the depth chart. Who knows how good he might be. Might be worth a chance.

I think they had to be in the portal a month or two ago for the blanket waiver, but I guess he could still apply for a special waiver? I think Blades used our last initial counter for this year, so we might not be able to take him now anyway, but not sure when those reset.

true. I was pointing out the little parallels with Stew and Neto being cool w/Nick prior to any of the 3 being on the staff radar as some sort of hope we can get more traction with Neto lol.

Tbf to the kid, OSU only had 3 games where some backups could possibly get some time last year, and he was only a redshirt freshman, who would likely not be in that group of first backups. They are stacked at OL, and anyone being recruited there who is not an instant impact OL better be prepared to sit at least 3 years and potentially play very little over the years. With guys like Thayer Munford, Petit-Friere, Dawand Jones, Harry Miller, Vimahi, Paris Johnson, Luke Wypler, Ben Christman, Donovan Jackson, and Matthew Jones on the roster, I think it is more about he chose poorly where he should go rather than he is not a good player to play in the Big or the SEC. They have recruited insanely on the offensive line in the last few years.
