Yep - agree - Baylor, USC, broke through with a dominant center, but I don't know if that is on the horizon
My friend coaches in Germany and she and her husband has seen her for years, I called them once I saw this information today and said we got a very good one. Dominates her age group around Europe and play very well on the professional level which they consider close to high major college level here. Would be considered a strong 4 star if in America. Seems like a very good get. Cam likes skilled 4s who can shoot and drive. She is a prototype
Can tell from her highlights she fits what he wants as far as being able to shoot the 3 or drive. Curious we haven't seen his usually tweet signaling a commitment though, assuming that is coming. Think this is probably Kristina's replacement after next season.
Wait... she plays "on the professional level?" Does that mean she's a professional? Would she even be eligible here?
Apparently, in Europe you can play with a professional team, not get paid, and not lose amateur status.
Yes in Europe you can play for pro teams for no pay. The kids consider it worth their time because they will play against former US college standouts, wnba players, and top euro talent...great for developing your game while maintaining amateur status and preparing them for American ball..probably better than USA high school ball for the most part
Lol.. I google translated what I could and found it was one you had to pay to read the rest so I removed it.
she is considered a top 20 European player in this cycle so a solid 4 star prospect if she was in the US
Alberte from last year would have been considered a high 4 star or 5 star top 10 player in Europe..so very talented...Floor the year before solid 4 star top 20 player also
I like this! We can get a couple of easier games on a neutral site as well as a tough away game (NC State finished #3 in the country). This should be an early test and indicator of how far we have come and how far we have to go.
