Think he is visiting fsu, auburn and v tech. None of the bigger boys seem to be pursuing him for some reason.
What's up @carolinagator_772? Just asking if the transfer fills our last spot for the 2021 class, and, I get a come-on-man?
TJ Finley transfer: Former LSU starting quarterback reveals Auburn as destination ahead of 2021 season
Anyone know anything about Arik Gilbert? Something is under a paywall at TOS having to do with his eligibility.
So LSU has had the derrius guice/title IX issues, their basketball coach still has a job after openly cheating, their players walked out on a practice last year if i'm not mistaken and coach O blew up at them and they have the #3 class and probably keeping gilbert? they are crooked as can be and parents are still cool with their kids going there?
It's Louisiana. It's a unique culture. They kind of consider themselves a separate country there, and most local kids stay in state.
Gosh!... You could not be more correct! Both sides of my family are from Looos-eee-see-anna... I grew up there....yes, an entirely different mindset!
I worked a couple of different projects there over the years, and, one thing is for sure; if you were dropped in Louisiana, you would have no doubt figuring out where you were. There is no other area or culture quite like it.
100 percent agree. I grew up outside of N.O. The culture, the food, the people, the attitude… it is all just different. And hey take a lot of pride in it.
This thread turn reminded me of a bumper sticker I saw in Baton Rouge in the early 90s. "Vote for the crook. It's important." And of course the follow up sticker: " Recall the crook. It's important."
It's one thing to live in the New Orleans or Baton Rouge areas. But my relatives are from North Louisiana, specifically from Monroe and West Monroe...which is like South Arkansas! This sign was two miles from my grandparent's home and a mile south of the home of Duck Dynasty.
