The rich likely get richer. Though part of me still has confidence with our success in landing quality receivers in the portal like Grimes, Jefferson, and Shorter.
“His Notre Dame career was short-lived and rocky. Almost from the moment he arrived Kelly pushed back hard on the push for him to play, and Johnson got just 26 snaps as a true freshman. Kelly constantly mentioned "traits" and academic issues with Johnson, and every time the media or fan base pushed for Johnson the Irish head coach was quick to point out his flaws and faults. The spring was an opportunity for Johnson to push for more playing time, but he missed a couple of practices and was consistently on the second and third teams, and in the Blue-Gold Game he was never targeted as part of the pass game.” WR Jordan Johnson To Transfer From Notre Dame
I would have expected more from him at OSU, but the level of talent at OSU is insane, and he played some competition that was below par for Florida high school football. Will Fred Davis look overrated too?
I wonder what the OSU fans are saying about him. He was an early 2018 enrollee, but redshirted, and seems he then played in 8 games in 2019, but never for more than a handful of snaps. Wonder if it is lack of effort, injuries, lack of talent.
I am a 68 years old white guy, 5’9” and over 200 lbs. attended UF and graduated in 1974, but, I NEVER USED ANY ELIGIBILITY! I might be better than Delance too.
Interesting.. College coaches becoming even more like GMs as one-time transfers, the portal make roster management tougher Might this ultimately drive some coaches to the NFL? Yes, imho.
