I wonder if Fox will raise the Tucker Carlson defense again, i.e. that their opinion stars are entertainers rather than journalists and shouldn't be taken seriously. Don't know whether it will happen or not, but I'd love to see Dominion sue the former president.

Of course, Powell is mot an entertainer, she was the “seasoned” lawyer who claimed, IN HER CAPACITY AS THE LAWYER, to have access to mountains of evidence that proved the Dominion conspiracy. Forget for the moment that 30 million people believed her (all unreasonable according to her), she doesn’t get the same benefit as Tucker Carlson, because she claimed to be THE SOURCE. Her publications to the media and to the roaring crowds were made with the express intent that they be relied upon and were based on actual facts. Not opinion. Indeed, she raised millions of dollars to support the legal find based on these lies.
