Some good options there. I've owned several of those at different times.

I finally started up a Roth IRA but have no idea what to invest in. I picked a few mutual funds but apparently they had pretty high fees so I'm looking to pick different ones. I don't need anything flashy as I'm in it for the next 25 years or so.

Are you looking at just funds or individual stocks as well?

My last round of investments was for coke cola. Love the dividend and strength of the company history and future. Another in it for the long haul. Purchased some CCL as well a while back. Has been making some good gains for me as my TSLA has stalled for now. Still hoping for the lucid to pop biv

if you aren’t sure and aren’t paying transaction fees, try an age appropriate fund until you figure it out. Or most all in QQQ or something similar and a small amount in bond fund.

Not giving investment advice, but don't think I would put money in a bond fund right now. Interest rates have only one way to go from here. Returns not worth the rate risk imo.

yeah returns may suck short term, but 2 points:
The stock market may be even more overvalued than the bond market, so net you could still come out ahead between the 2 short and medium term even if bonds underperform.
And 2, if he has a 25 year time horizon and is putting money in regularly, over time that stuff will even itself out. But especially as a relatively new investor he should just go with his long term strategy and not try and beat the market.
    Jmo.

I got in on the NFT game by buying some Moments from Top Shot. One was an Al Horford dunk. Since I bought some moments I'm eligible to get in line to purchase a pack tomorrow. This is mostly just for fun since this is brand new.

So what do you do with it now that you own it? Like if I posted the highlight here could you legally ask me to take it down?

I can either hold it or sell it on the marketplace. It doesn't work quite like it thought it did. I don't actually own the rights to it or anything. I just own this particular serial number of this moment (which is tracked by the block chain.

I ended up with this card as my rare moment. I listed it on the marketplace for a price similar as others are listing it for.

NBA Top Shot: USD $825.00 Donovan Mitchell - Owned by Stunt_lemur

edit: I took it off the market just in case the value goes up in the near future.

Is it good gum or does it crumble into a bunch of pieces and taste like it's been under my couch for 19 years? Ask you avatar I guess.

thanks for the list. I have had QQQ for a few years and because it is made up of mostly tech stocks and the techs have had a nice run up, it has done well for me. I kinda wonder though if some of the techs haven't already seen their day and are due for corrections.

A good podcast on the first NFT digital art piece that went to auction and just sold for 69 mil at Christy's auction.
