Smart guy, literally. Oregon starting QB Tyler Shough entering transfer portal with three years of eligibility remaining
I've followed Oregon's rankings and for past two classes they've been on top of the Pac. But it seems odd this guy would leave so soon. He has skills but found something amiss there or discovered too much competition? Oregon has everything re facilities and I would imagine a good college environment.
Did Slough show anything in 2020? Maybe Slough has a slow release or maybe Slough is slow a foot. Could also be that he is too slow in reading defenses or slow to get to 2nd and 3rd option. Whatever the cause, it shows that Slough slid out of Oregon.
Must have read the writing on the wall with Henry To'to'to incoming, he decided his position was getting rather full.
Kenneth Kirby, a multi-year starter at offensive tackle for Norfolk State, has entered the portal. Maybe someone to keep an eye on, considering that seems to be our biggest remaining need.
If this guy comes all Gators need to learn the Norfolk cheer! "We don't drink, we don't smoke, Norfolk, Norfolk, Norfolk".
Michigan QB Milton enters transfer portal No one we'd be interested in, but thought it was interesting.
Man, I remember when we had raging debates over whether our 2018 quarterback was going to be Joe Milton or Artur Sitkowski.
I know we are fine at QB, but I found it depressing that Michigan landed the #2 dual threat QB after the dumpster fire season that had in 2020. In any event, I wish we’d had Milton rather than Jalon Jones
which would also mean we would still have Chris steele on campus. which mean he most likely would have started over Marco and the defense would have been a little better.
Apparently not too successfully, though LOL. Maybe that can change this go-'round. But according to the article, we haven't even offered him.
