Don’t take this the wrong way, but are you a real person? Sometimes I think you’re an early bot prototype running on a Commodore 64.
'We Retract and Disavow Our Statements': Seth Rich's Brother Wins Apology from Conspiracy Theorists Not Dominion related, but another right wing conservative network/social media found liable for purposely spreading a false narrative. Can't imagine the emotional torture the Rich's have endured on top of losing a son in a tragic way. Good to see some legal traction to fight it.
Should be easy to prove, because if you’re right, none of the entities being sued will give an inch. Any other outcome would pretty much disprove your hypothesis.
Maybe we can revisit this in six months and see if anything comes from it. I also take everything the wrong way, just do not care.
A lot of folks cared when the media reported the Trumps', Trump agents' and cut outs lies, and reported the same information independently as if true. And a lot of folks still care; Trump perpetuated the lie January 6 and that led to the insurrection in Congress. Odd that you don't care about the truth. Because that is what I have been saying in the thread about the insurrection.
Looks like the first one I deleted came last night , so I'm not that fast. Seriously, if two posters want to go back and forth at each other with insults, they can always message each other.
That kid has been in the news lately showing he is more mature than the adults that believe the election was stolen.
Something has already become of it. FOX shut down commentators that pushed the dominion theory and publications are issuing retractions.
You're statement is correct only the "they" referenced isn't Dominion, it's Trump and his sycophants in the right-wing media and the American Thinker is only the first of right-wing media organs to issue a retraction and apology. There will be many more and I really look forward to the apologies and retractions by Trump's so called attorneys, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Lin Wood. The retractions will top off their stellar record litigating on behalf of Trump and the Trump campaign in which they managed to lose virtually every case save one or two.
Don't know. I just looked for a story about it and only found some vague stuff. Do you want to post a story about it?
No. It’s already been debunked, but right wing nuts are trying to give it new life. I don’t want to be “that guy” who keeps the conspiracy nonsense going.
Mentioned it in post #11 in this thread, Dominion is represented by the law firm of Clare Locke. The firm has a stellar record of representing corporate clients in defamation lawsuits and unlike the numerous frivolous lawsuits filed on behalf of the Trump campaign, almost certainly just for show, Clare Locke only agreed to represent Dominion if they have a very strong possibility of prevailing in court. Using a football analogy, Clare Locke is the equivalent of Alabama, Thomas Clare, the lead attorney representing Dominion is the equivalent of Nick Saban and your prediction reminds me of that heard from Ohio State fans prior to 8:00 pm, January 11th.
